These terms apply when you book a hairdressing appointment through naomi-hair.com/calendar/.

We provide hairdressing appointments that you book online. When you book, you choose a cut type, a date and a time, and give us your name, email and phone number so we can confirm and, if needed, contact you about the appointment.
The price for your appointment is shown at the time of booking. Prices vary depending on the cut type, whether the appointment is on a weekday or a weekend, and whether you are a new or returning customer. The price shown when you book is the price that applies.
A £17 deposit is required to confirm your booking. You pay the deposit by card at the time of booking through our secure payment provider, Stripe. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit payment is completed.
The remaining balance for your appointment is payable at the salon, in cash or by bank transfer, on the day of your appointment.
You can cancel your appointment using the link in your booking confirmation email.
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, your £17 deposit will be refunded to the card you paid with.
If you cancel 48 hours or less before your appointment, your deposit is not refundable.
If you do not attend a booked appointment without cancelling in advance, your deposit may be forfeited. If you repeatedly do not turn up for booked appointments, we may block you from booking online. This applies after three no-shows. If you think a no-show was recorded in error, contact us and we will review it.
Appointments are booked in your name and are not transferable. The person named on the booking must attend the appointment.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
