This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the online booking pages at naomi-hair.com/calendar/, why we collect it, and what your rights are.

Who we are

79er LTD ("we", "us") is the data controller for the information described here. We are a hairdressing business based at 14 Honley Road, London SE6 2HZ.

What we collect

Booking details: your name, email address, phone number, your appointment history with us, and a record of any appointments you did not attend ("no-show" record).
Technical information: for visitor statistics we store a one-way hashed identifier derived from your website session, along with the page viewed and the language. This does not identify you personally.
On your device: we store your email address in your browser's localStorage so you don't have to retype it next time you book. It stays on your device and you can clear it at any time.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

To provide bookings — taking your appointment, sending you a confirmation, reminder and any cancellation notice. Lawful basis: performance of a contract with you.
To manage no-shows — keeping a no-show count and, after repeated no-shows, blocking online booking; and producing aggregate visitor statistics to understand how the booking site is used. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in running the business fairly and reducing wasted appointments.

We do not send marketing emails and we do not use your details for advertising.

Who we share it with

Our website, database and email are hosted by IONOS in Germany, who process the data on our behalf. Booking notifications sent to the salon are received on a Google Mail account. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else, except where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

Appointments: 2 years.
Cancelled appointments: 3 months.
Abandoned booking attempts: 1 year.
Customer records: 5 years after your last visit.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us to give you a copy of your data (access), correct it (rectification), delete it (erasure), restrict how we use it (restriction), and to object to our use of it. To exercise any of these, email info@naomi-hair.com.

Blocking after three no-shows is applied automatically. If this happens to you and you think it is wrong, you can ask us to review it — just get in touch.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and local storage

We keep this to a minimum and use no third-party or advertising trackers:

One strictly-necessary session cookie that keeps you logged in to your booking session.
One consent cookie that remembers you accepted this notice, so we don't show it again.
Your email address stored in your browser's localStorage for form convenience.
